From the Apart, if you walk just three blocks through Necochea St. in west direction, you will find "Balcarce St." where you could enjoy antique houses turned into pubs, peñas (folk music), restaurants, discos, cafés and the old train station from where the "Train to the clouds" departs.

Four blocks in east direction there is the Nuevo NOA Mall where you could do some shopping and which is open every day.

If you walk eight blocks to the south there is the main square of the city "Plaza 9 de Julio" with the main historical buildings and museums around it.
